Remove the bar end weights.(http://koczarski.com/ST1300/HeatedGrips/P0002953w.jpg)
You can easily remove the stock grips by getting some rubbing alcohol between the grips and the bars. They'll slip right off. (http://koczarski.com/ST1300/HeatedGrips/P0002954w.jpg)
Apply grip cement to the bars, spray some rubbing alcohol on the cement and the grips will slide right on.(http://koczarski.com/ST1300/HeatedGrips/P0002955w.jpg)

These are the four plugs from the Handaline quartet harness.(http://koczarski.com/ST1300/HeatedGrips/P0002958w.jpg)
Cut the hole in the left pocket using the supplied template and install the grip controlled. I drilled around the opening outline and then used a Dremel to finish the job.(http://koczarski.com/ST1300/HeatedGrips/P0002959w.jpg)
