Radiantz® Mirror Signals ( ST1300 )
The LED array is about 1.5" long. Clear plastic with amber LEDs.

Here are the signal wires. The green is ground and the solid colored wire in the other connectors is the positive lead.(http://koczarski.com/ST1300/TurnSignals/P0002948w.jpg)
