Fiamm Air Horns Installation ( ST1100 ) *
« on: May 18, 2008, 02:16:33 PM »
This article was taken from web page.  It was originally submitted and written by Craig Davis in February 2005.

Here are some photos of my Fiamm Air Horn Installation. These are basic FIAMM twin trumpet air horns.

These were installed on a 97' non ABS. The only place I could find to hide them and still keep them loud was mounting them vertically, pointing down, behind the instrument panel on the sides. The both point into the fork opening.

The photos show the black ends of the horns on each side. They are zip tied to the fairing brackets on each side. The pump is also zip tied to the back of the instrument panel. A power relay has been added and is positioned on top of the headlight housing with velcro (not in picture).

One of the photos is taken looking straight down between the left horn (in picture) and pump. You can see the horn, right fork tube and right headlight connector.
